About the event
Soprano Viera Maňásková and mezzo-soprano Alina Dubik will join their voices with the baroque flute of Michaela Koudelková and a string ensemble consisting of Eva Brumelová, Martin Tupý, Sarah Jedličková, Ondřej Sejkora and a continuo led by harpsichordist Gabriel Smallwood. The program, focused on the French baroque repertoire, will offer arias and instrumental pieces that capture the elegance and nobility of the court of Louis XIV. The music here will sound like a stream of light – fragile, but at the same time deeply impressive.
