About the event
This monumental opus, in its original version lasting almost 12 hours, with which the young Louis XIV is inextricably linked, combines music, dance and symbolism of the absolutist court. The production will involve a ballet company and a chamber orchestra with singing soloists (in negotiations). The festival production will bring Baroque festivities closer in their full imagery, contrasts and ostentatious beauty.
